Please review our order policy before making a purchase. If the conditions are not met, we will not be able to accommodate any post-purchase requests.

  • All products are printed on demand; therefore, they cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are defective. Please double-check your order details before placing it.
  • In case of a damaged product or an incorrect order, there’s no need to worry! Simply send us a screenshot via Instagram, and we will promptly send the correct item.
  • Ensure that the details provided, especially the model information, are accurate, as changes cannot be made after the order has been processed.
  • Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Products that have been used cannot be exchanged or returned—only defective items will be replaced immediately.
  • Stay available on your registered phone number after placing an order. A confirmation call will be made, and without confirmation, the order will not be processed.
